Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Accountant, Group Reporting & Inventory to support monthly group reporting, inventory accounting, and closing processes for designated business units.

This role partners with Inventory Control and Accounting teams to ensure timely, accurate financial reporting and process improvements. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with 4–6 years in corporate or public accounting; CPA preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; 4–6 years experience in corporate or public accounting.
• CPA certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and submits monthly group reporting packages for PAX and FCC.
• Serves as primary point of contact for Global JD Group reporting submissions.
• Maintains reporting mappings and updates as needed.
• Supports month-end close activities including quarterly hard closes.
• Performs monthly inventory reconciliations and investigates variances.
