Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Accountant, Group Reporting & Inventory to support monthly group reporting, inventory accounting, and month-end close processes.

This role serves as the primary contact for JD Group reporting for PAX and FCC, coordinating with Inventory Control and Accounting teams to ensure accurate financial results. Key duties include preparing group reporting packages, maintaining mappings, and driving process improvements across reporting, controls, and efficiency with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; 4-6 years of corporate or public accounting experience.
• CPA certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and submits accurate monthly group reporting packages for PAX and FCC.
• Serves as primary contact for Global JD Group reporting submissions and inquiries.
• Maintains reporting mappings and ensures accuracy across businesses.
• Supports month-end close activities including quarterly hard closes.
• Performs monthly inventory reconciliations and investigates variances.
• Records inventory-related journal entries and coordinates with Inventory Control.
