Finish Line, Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant to support accurate financial reporting through journal entries, reconciliations, and statement preparation.

You will work with the Accounting Director/Manager to develop staff, strengthen controls, and support monthly and year-end reporting and audits. The role collaborates cross-functionally to provide insights, resolve discrepancies, and support budgeting and other financial initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA preferred.
• 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience with large ERP systems and strong analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations to ensure accurate records.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities and audits.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and schedules with variances explained.
• Review Staff Accountant work and provide guidance on processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and controls.
• Collaborate with departments for budgeting and financial reporting.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses and support management requests.
• Assist with internal and external audits and documentation.
