Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services seeks a Principal Group Leader/Group Leader IV to oversee GMP/GLP-compliant operations and lead a high-performing team in a first-shift environment in Michigan. The role emphasizes quality systems, project coordination, and staff development.

You will conduct performance reviews, mentor staff, drive LEAN initiatives, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance as part of daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, biochemistry, or related degree concentration with at least 8 years of lab experience.
• Experience leading laboratory teams and coordinating project workflows is required.

Responsibilities

• Apply GMP/GLP and highest quality standards in all areas of responsibility.
• Coordinate workflow and monitor daily operations to meet turnaround time and quality/productivity metrics.
• Conduct performance reviews, train staff, and evaluate succession plans for assigned employees.
• Lead investigations, root cause analyses, and CAPA actions to prevent recurrence.

Education
