You will supervise and develop a team, ensuring compliance with quality systems and safety policies, while guiding technical investigations and customer interactions.

The role focuses on leadership, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to support high-quality analytical testing services for pharmaceutical products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, biochemistry or related degree concentration.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a cGMP environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Ensure quality policy program understood and maintained.
• Enforces safety policies across all areas of responsibility.
• Perform laboratory tasks as required to deliver on department objectives.
• Mentor direct reports toward higher-level development.
• Act as technical lead in calls and audits for non-escalated issues.
• Review and approve quotes when pricing is inaccurate.
