You will oversee training, scheduling, and the movement of components across the facility to ensure high standards are met and production targets are achieved. The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration with cross‑functional teams, and adherence to strict EH&S programs.

Qualifications

• Requires five or more years of experience with minimal supervision.
• Requires leadership qualities to carry out assignments.
• Fully skilled in the skills of the assigned project area.
• Able to perform tasks competently and work well with others.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all Environmental, Health and Safety Programs, regulations and guidelines.
• Coordinate procedures, plans and scheduling.
• Ensure sub-assembly parts meet drawings and contract specifications and verify work-in-progress.
• Exceed production and quality standards and requirements.
• Keep areas clean and orderly and follow housekeeping procedures.
• Ensure proper location, routing and movement of parts and assemblies.
• Train employees as needed.
