The incumbent will be responsible for developing machine CNC machining and cutting programs and maintenance routines on various CNC machines within the facility. In this position, he/she will be working to support NPI programs, improve safety, decrease to cycle time and implement quality improvements. This position will also be involved with tooling improvements ensuring operators understand machines and continue improving our understanding and advancement of CNC operators here at Turbofab.
Dimensions: Unscheduled system(s) troubleshooting and maintenance may be performed on a daily basis. CNC Machine programming will be normally scheduled and performed in conformance with TurboFab’s Quality and Safety standards. Recommend, evaluate and implement engineering changes associated with changes to CNC Machining.
Develop and modify CNC machining programs. Perform day-to-day troubleshooting of all automated machining and cutting process problems and execute its solutions. Establishes and maintains equipment and spare parts list. Provides coaching to operators and determine coverage for operators when needed. Develop and document machine downtime and maintenance records.

Summary Pay Range: $72,360.00 - $108,540.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
