Qualifications

• Experience with fully funded and self-funded insurance is required.
• Demonstrated senior account management experience in group benefits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance management for employee group benefits, ensuring adherence to laws and industry standards.
• Maintain primary client relationships, understand client needs, and provide effective recommendations.
• Collaborate with Producers and P&C team to identify cross-sell opportunities and deliver integrated client service.
• Coordinate benefit administration, open enrollment, and renewals; address employee inquiries and maintain records.
