Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess valid Texas driver’s license or obtain it within 90 days; out-of-state records may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise groundskeeping staff to meet daily, weekly and monthly tasks.
• Oversee landscaping plans, plant selection, budgeting and installation of features.
• Operate and train others on advanced power- and gas-operated equipment; ensure safety and maintenance.
• Plan for nuisance animal abatement and safety during weather events.
• Ensure parking lots, roads, fences and sidewalks are clear and in good repair.
