HV Talent Group is seeking a Senior Project Superintendent to lead ground-up residential and commercial construction projects across the Chicagoland area. This hands-on role requires strong leadership, safety discipline, and the ability to coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and budgets on complex sites.

Competenze

• 5+ years of progressive field leadership as construction superintendent or equivalent.
• Experience leading ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Ground-up multifamily residential or senior living experience preferred.
• Procore experience for documentation, reporting, and coordination.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, and budgets.

• Lead and manage daily jobsite operations.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, deliveries, and field personnel.
• Develop and communicate project schedules and look-ahead plans.
• Monitor construction progress and address scheduling or coordination challenges.
• Ensure work complies with plans, specifications, building codes, and quality standards.
• Maintain a safe, organized jobsite and enforce company and regulatory safety requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and identify quality concerns before they affect progress.
• Use Procore to manage project documentation, daily reporting, photos, schedules, RFIs, and field communication.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, ownership, and trade partners to resolve field issues.
• Assist with cost awareness, change management, and budget-related field decisions.
• Lead, mentor, and support field staff while promoting a positive, accountable, and solutions-oriented jobsite culture.
• Provide clear and consistent updates to project stakeholders.
