Job summary

gpac is seeking an experienced Construction Estimator in Rochester, Minnesota. You will estimate large commercial/industrial projects, develop takeoffs, and collaborate with subcontractors to ensure competitive bids.

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of scheduling, cost estimating, and project sequencing, proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff, Excel, Project, and Procore, and a degree in Construction Management or related field.

Qualifications

• Experience estimating large commercial/industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, cost estimating, scheduling, and sequencing.
• Experience with estimating and takeoff software; On-Screen Takeoff experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and Procore.
• Strong subcontractor relationships and bid analysis/negotiation skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines simultaneously.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
