Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specifications, bid documents, and project requirements.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and evaluate material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
• Solicit and review subcontractor and vendor bids.
• Develop and maintain project budgets and estimates.
• Identify potential cost savings, risks, and discrepancies during estimating.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Assist with bid preparation, bid submissions, and handoffs to operations.
• Maintain estimating documentation and cost information in Sage.
