gpac is seeking a Commercial Construction Senior Estimator to join a well-established General Contractor in Dallas. The role focuses on preconstruction and estimating, leveraging a diverse project background to price quality opportunities.

The Senior Estimator will work with owners, architects, and subcontractors to develop accurate costs, takeoffs, and cost projections while contributing to profitable bids and long-term project success.

Competenze

• 5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience.
• Proven experience estimating ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Diverse commercial project experience across multiple sectors preferred.
• Strong ability to develop accurate estimates, budgets, scopes, and bid proposals.
