Job summary

Join Blue Origin's Operations Reliability organization as a Sr. Design Reliability Engineer where you'll ensure reliability in systems that enable rocket launches. You'll work closely with design and manufacturing teams to identify and mitigate risks in tooling and factory automation.

Qualifications

• Experience in reliability, design, or systems engineering in a manufacturing, aerospace, or high-consequence operations environment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, fluid schematics, and electrical circuit diagrams.
• Strong communication and influencing skills to drive design changes across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead FMEA and design reviews on new tooling, GSE, and factory-automation projects.
• Define and enforce reliability requirements during the design process.
• Track and disposition reliability findings through design, build, and early operations.
