Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Ground Systems Engineer in El Segundo, CA, to support development, integration, verification, and testing of next-generation satellite ground systems. The role spans requirements development, interface design, architecture, integration, and customer delivery with emphasis on Ground C2 systems.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret Clearance required to start.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
• 4–15+ years of Systems Engineering experience.
• Ground C2 software systems experience is required.
• Verification and testing experience within ground software systems.
• Experience with systems engineering, software integration, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support satellite ground system architecture and design.
• Analyze system and subsystem requirements and create ICDs.
• Support C2 software integration, testing, and documentation of test plans.
• Perform system verification, validation, and customer delivery activities.
• Collaborate within Agile Systems Engineering teams.
