Zachary Piper Solutions seeks a Senior Ground Systems Engineer to lead ground system integration, VI&T, and testing for advanced defense communications programs in El Segundo, CA. You will review requirements, develop integration strategies, troubleshoot issues, and mentor junior engineers while coordinating with MILSATCOM and SATCOM operations.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of experience in ground systems, systems integration, V&V, or systems engineering.
• Active Secret Security Clearance required.
• Experience with C2 systems, mission operations, and software integration.
• Experience supporting MILSATCOM, SATCOM, Space Force, ground station, or satellite operations programs.
• Strong Ground System Verification, Integration & Test (VI&T) experience.
• Proficiency with Cameo and DOORS.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.

Compensation for the Senior Ground Systems Engineer includes:

Salary: $190,000 - $240,000 annually, depending on experience
