You will review requirements, develop integration strategies, troubleshoot issues, and mentor junior engineers while coordinating with MILSATCOM and SATCOM operations.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of experience in ground systems, systems integration, V&V, or systems engineering.
• Active Secret Security Clearance required.
• Experience with C2 systems, mission operations, and software integration.
• Experience supporting MILSATCOM, SATCOM, Space Force, ground station, or satellite operations programs.
• Strong Ground System Verification, Integration & Test (VI&T) experience.
• Proficiency with Cameo and DOORS.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.

Compensation for the Senior Ground Systems Engineer includes:

Salary: $190,000 - $240,000 annually, depending on experience
