Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working on the Ground-based Midcourse Defense (GMD) program.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• 3+ years in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
• Willing to work any shift, including weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Lead research, analysis, and compilation of complex technical data for the GMD program.
• Maintain 24/7/365 configuration control of the GMD System.
• Coordinate asset management across development, operations, and sustainment.
• Direct system transitions and asset movements between test and operations.
• Provide situational awareness reporting for customers and leadership.
• Facilitate real-time deconfliction of maintenance execution.
• Brief senior government officials and Boeing management.
• Resolve issues between GMOC, development teams, and sites.
• Operate under high tempo, demanding conditions.
