Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead nationwide grocery store remodel and construction programs. The role focuses on refrigeration, electrical, and HVAC, with remote work and periodic site travel.

You will guide project teams, manage budgets, schedules, and client communications to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction. Ideal candidates bring 10–15 years in retail/grocery construction management, strong communication, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field; or 10–15 years of relevant experience.
• 7–10+ years experience in construction management within the retail or grocery sectors.
• Expertise in refrigeration, electrical, and HVAC preferred.
• Proven construction project management across preconstruction through closeout.

Responsibilities

• Develop project proposals, budgets, schedules, and resource plans with leadership.
• Lead and coordinate project teams to deliver on time and within budget.
• Serve as primary client contact, communicating updates and resolving issues.
