Qualifications

• Retail grocery store or grocery wholesale experience preferred; minimum of 5 years related experience in management in the grocery sector.
• Ability to read, write and present in English; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate, communicate, and oversee directives from the member’s senior management team to all AWG sales support team members.
• Work with AWG support teams to meet the member group’s objectives.
• Coordinate store resets, remodels, upgrades, new store builds and acquisitions with member groups.
• Support advertising activity through in-house or outside ad groups.
• Make regular planned store calls to grow profitable sales and liaise between customer and company.
• Interpret store financial and operating statements and advise members on strengths and weaknesses.
• Attend to market analysis of competitor merchandising strategies and advise countermeasures.
• Ensure stores utilize warehouse programs and support food show activities as needed.
