Job summary

Associated Wholesale Grocers seeks a Sr. Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee warehouse personnel and shift management, ensuring efficient shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution at the OKC facility.

You will administer company policies, monitor productivity, and control costs while developing staff. Strong leadership, safety compliance, and reporting skills are essential to support member stores and overall operations.

Qualifications

• Must have 1–2 years supervisory experience in a grocery warehouse or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures; write routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse employees in housing products, order selection, and delivery preparation.
• Ensure timely, quality shipments and receipts for member stores.
• Monitor productivity and cost controls while developing personnel reporting to this position.
• Enforce safety, sanitation and standards of operation; conduct safety trainings and investigations.
