Sevan Multi-Site Solutions is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead nationwide grocery store remodel and construction programs within the Grocery/Retail sectors. This remote-based role requires travel to project sites as needed and offers the opportunity to influence projects from preconstruction through closeout.

You will manage proposals, budgets, schedules, and resource plans; lead project teams; serve as primary client contact; source and manage contractors; oversee

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field or 10–15 years of experience.
• 7–10+ years of construction management experience in retail or grocery sectors.
• Expertise in refrigeration, electrical and HVAC preferred.
• Proven ability to manage projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Strong client, contractor, and team communication skills.
• Procore and Smartsheets proficiency; PMP certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support proposals, budgets, schedules, and resource plans with leadership.
• Lead project teams to deliver on time, within budget, and to client standards.
• Serve as primary client contact and communicate project updates.
• Source, negotiate, and manage contractors and third-party providers.
• Oversee estimating, bidding, permitting, and contract administration.
• Manage project changes, documentation, and reporting per standards.
• Implement Sevan technology solutions to enhance delivery.
• Conduct kickoff and lessons-learned reviews to drive improvements.
