Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions is seeking a senior leader to oversee a national grocery retailer's store reinvestment and construction portfolio. You will partner with senior client leadership to drive planning, budgets, schedules, and execution across multiple sites, delivering outcomes with accountability and strong governance.

As a remote-based role with 30-40% travel, you will manage program portfolios, forecasts, contracts, and risk while guiding high-performing project teams and nurturing

Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction, program management, or project leadership experience.
• Experience managing portfolios, budgets, forecasting, and contract negotiations.
• Strong executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site retail and grocery construction programs from planning through execution.
• Partner with senior client stakeholders to establish program strategy, budgets, schedules, and priorities.
• Oversee financial performance, forecasting, contract administration, and risk management.
• Manage and develop project teams while driving accountability and execution excellence.
• Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and vendors.
• Identify opportunities to improve program performance and expand client partnerships.
