• 15+ years of construction or program management leadership.
• Experience leading large multi-site retail or grocery construction programs.
• Proven ability to manage portfolios, budgets, forecasts, and contracts.
• Strong executive presence to influence senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site retail and grocery construction programs from planning through execution.
• Partner with senior client stakeholders to establish program strategy, budgets, schedules, and priorities.
• Oversee financial performance, forecasting, contract administration, and risk management.
• Manage and develop project teams while driving accountability and execution excellence.
• Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and vendors.
• Identify opportunities to improve program performance and expand client partnerships.
