Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management, real estate development, architecture/design experience.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Delivery: deliver enterprise-scale remodels on time and on budget within operating store environments across multiple regions.
• Autonomous Execution: independently manage scope, schedule, and budget for complex, high-dollar programs with minimal oversight.
• National Consistency: apply enterprise standards across dispersed projects while adapting to local jurisdictional requirements.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: serve as central point of project accountability across Design, Operations, Equipment, Refrigeration, and Commissioning.
• Safety & Compliance: ensure compliance with life safety, OSHA, and food safety requirements at active store job sites.
• Mentorship: provide technical mentorship; foster accountability and shared fate.
