Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Delivery: deliver enterprise-scale remodels on time and on budget within operating store environments.
• Autonomous Execution: manage scope, schedule, and budget for complex programs with minimal oversight.
• National Consistency: apply enterprise standards across dispersed projects while adapting to local requirements.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: serve as central point of accountability across Design, Operations, Equipment, Refrigeration, and Commissioning.
• Quality Assurance: monitor MEP systems, refrigeration, and construction standards for efficiency and capacity.
• Safety & Compliance: ensure life safety, OSHA, and food safety at active store sites.
