1898 & Co. seeks a Grid Systems - Senior Consultant to lead the implementation of enterprise systems supporting asset and work management, capital project delivery, and grid management.

You will guide cross-functional teams, ensure quality, and drive process improvements across multiple locations including Austin, Houston, Dallas, and other cities. You will also support business development, develop technical specifications and estimates, and mentor junior staff while maintaining strong client

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent enterprise system implementation skills.
• Strong attention to detail, facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving environment.
• Ability to independently solve difficult problems that require adaptation and modification of standard techniques.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines on-site.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and identify critical path items.
• Ability to focus on the big picture while analyzing critical details.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT).

• Lead implementation of enterprise systems solutions with internal and external project teams.
• Lead development and design of technical implementation.
• Provide technical leadership for digitizing business capabilities.
• Develop technical specifications, project approaches, cost estimates and schedules.
• Perform QA/QC to meet client and project requirements.
• Support enterprise system needs and improved business processes.
• Maintain relationships with clients, customers, and contractors to develop business.
• Demonstrate industry knowledge and relevance to enterprise systems.
• Provide leadership to implementation teams during delivery stages.
• Manage innovation initiatives and evaluate new enterprise system technology.
• Execute projects from initiation to completion with requirements gathering and deliverables.
• Lead and mentor less experienced staff.
• Ensure policy compliance and safety adherence.
