Job summary

1898 & Co. is seeking a Grid Systems - Senior Consultant to lead enterprise-wide technology implementations across multiple locations including Orlando, FL.

You will guide asset/work management, capital project delivery and grid-specific systems, while supporting business development and client relationships. You will provide technical leadership, develop specifications, cost estimates and schedules, and ensure QA/QC of deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent enterprise system implementation skills.
• Strong attention to detail, facilitation, teamwork, collaboration, organization and problem solving.
• Ability to work analytically in a quantitative problem-solving environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT).

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of enterprise systems solutions with internal and external teams.
• Lead development and design of technical implementation.
• Provide leadership for enterprise-wide digitization of business capabilities.
• Develop technical specifications, project approaches, cost estimates and schedules.
• Perform QA/QC of deliverables to meet client requirements.
• Support development of enterprise system needs and improved business processes.
• Maintain relationships with clients, customers and contractors to pursue new business.
• Demonstrate industry knowledge and relevance to enterprise systems.
• Provide leadership to delivery teams during implementation.
• Manage project execution from initiation to completion.
• Provide guidance to less experienced staff.
