Job summary

1898 & Co. is seeking a Grid Systems - Senior Consultant to lead enterprise-wide technology implementations across multiple locations, including Kansas City and Phoenix. You will guide asset and work management, capital project delivery, project controls, and grid/meter data systems.

The role also supports business development and mentoring of staff. The candidate brings extensive enterprise system implementation experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field
• Excellent enterprise system implementation skills
• Strong attention to detail, facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization and problem-solving
• Ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of enterprise systems solutions with internal and external teams
• Lead development and design of technical implementation
• Provide leadership for digitizing business capabilities
• Develop technical specifications, project approaches, and schedules
• Perform QA/QC to meet client and project requirements
• Support enterprise system needs and improved business processes
• Maintain relationships with clients, customers and contractors to generate business
• Demonstrate industry knowledge relevant to enterprise systems
• Provide leadership to delivery teams during implementation
