envelio Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join our growing team and help shape the future of clean energy.

You’ll sit at the intersection of utilities, product, and sales—guiding customers from onboarding through deployment and long-term adoption. You’ll own implementation projects end-to-end, configure and validate the Intelligent Grid Platform, and translate customer needs into product requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
• 7+ years managing complex customer-facing projects or programs.
• Strong technical expertise in power systems and utility planning.

Responsibilities

• Own customer implementation projects end-to-end, serving as the primary point of contact throughout onboarding, deployment, and ongoing customer success.
• Configure, validate, and optimize the Intelligent Grid Platform (IGP) using customer data and network models for real-world grid planning.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on grid planning, interconnections, and utility operations.
• Lead customer workshops and stakeholder discussions to define requirements and drive outcomes.
• Enable rapid adoption and value realization by integrating IGP into planning and operations.
• Translate customer needs and market insights into actionable product requirements and roadmap input.
• Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
• Support go-to-market activities with demonstrations, content, RFP responses, and events.
• Represent envelio at conferences and industry forums to strengthen market presence.
