Strive Solutions is seeking aSenior Program Manager in Illinois to lead grid modernization initiatives. You will own end-to-end project lifecycles, coordinate engineering, IT, operations, and regulatory teams, and ensure safety, reliability, and compliance throughout execution.

You will partner with senior leaders and drive continuous improvement while fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture. This role requires strong leadership and proven vendor oversight in complex environments.
