Job summary

Yochana IT Solutions Inc. seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to lead development, validation, and launch of manufacturing processes for a greenfield facility in the Boston area.

You will guide end-to-end industrialization from planning through ramp-up, ensuring scalable, repeatable systems. The role demands collaboration with Product Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Facilities to translate product and process requirements into manufacturable design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, mechanical, industrial engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, production launch, or industrialization.
• Experience in large-scale manufacturing environments; cross‑functional collaboration across engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing process development from concept through production launch and ramp-up.
• Define line requirements, tooling, fixtures, and equipment interfaces.
• Develop and maintain work instructions, SOPs, process flows, routings, and standard work.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to integrate manufacturing requirements into plant design.
• Support PFMEA, control plans, process validation, and launch readiness reviews.
• Drive line balance, ergonomic considerations, and efficient material flow.
• Lead continuous improvement via lean methods and problem solving.
• Evaluate supplier feasibility for outsourced parts and production readiness.
