Job summary
Bizoforce is hiring an experienced Project Manager – Industrial Engineering to lead industrialization programs for a large-scale greenfield manufacturing facility in Boston. You will manage capacity planning, facility layout, production line design, equipment installation, commissioning, ramp-up, and handover.
The role requires deep industrial engineering expertise and proven project management, coordinating across manufacturing, product, facilities, quality, and supply chain to translate
Qualifications
- 10–15 years of experience in industrial engineering or related fields.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional manufacturing projects.
- Experience with large-scale greenfield facility launches.
- Strong communication and leadership in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead industrial engineering workstreams from concept planning to production launch.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, budgets, and risk registers.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, construction, equipment delivery, installation, and commissioning.
- Establish program governance through status reports, KPI dashboards, RAID logs, and executive updates.
- Identify critical risks and issues to maintain launch schedules.
- Drive continuous improvement through Lean and structured problem solving.
