Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Environmental Science, Natural Resources, or related field.
• 15+ years related experience including 5 years of Project Management.
• Experience with local, state and federal permitting and regulations in New England.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and execute projects in accordance with safety protocols.
• Identify new client opportunities and develop the book of business.
• Lead natural resources and permitting work across the New England region.
• Develop scopes of work and proposals within area of expertise.
• Coach and mentor staff to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Support restoration and mitigation design and reporting efforts.
