Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Senior Security Consultant - GRC to join its cybersecurity advisory practice.

This client-facing role requires leading engagements, translating security requirements into business outcomes, and mentoring junior consultants. The candidate will develop governance models, deliver high-quality consulting services, and collaborate with sales, project managers, and cross-functional teams to drive successful client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information systems, risk management, business, or related field.
• 7+ years of governance, risk, compliance experience.
• Client-facing consulting or advisory experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Certifications such as CISSP/CISM/CRISC/CISA or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver client-facing GRC engagements.
• Develop governance models and security frameworks.
• Assess governance, risk, compliance controls across engagements.
• Support internal audit readiness and remediation planning.
• Mentor other consultants and contribute to practice growth.
