SHI International Corp. seeks a Senior Security Consultant - GRC to join its growing cybersecurity advisory practice. This client-facing role translates complex security and regulatory requirements into practical, business-aligned outcomes.

The ideal candidate will lead engagements, develop governance models and security frameworks, and mentor other consultants while collaborating with Sales, Account Executives, Project Managers and technical teams to ensure successful client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years in governance, risk, and compliance.
• Experience in cybersecurity advisory or internal audit in client-facing services.
• Experience with cybersecurity services firms, advisory practices, or professional services.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor.

Responsabilités

• Lead client-facing engagements independently with high-quality outcomes.
• Conduct security assessments across governance, risk, compliance, and controls.
• Facilitate risk assessments and tabletop exercises for diverse stakeholders.
• Develop governance models, security frameworks, and data governance blueprints.
• Support internal audit readiness, compliance reporting, and evidence validation.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to identify client needs and solutions.
• Contribute to practice growth by refining methodologies and mentoring consultants.
