Job summary

Data Analysis Incorporated (DAI) seeks a Sr Manager, Governance, Risk, Compliance & Privacy to lead the organization’s GRCP initiatives. You will align governance, risk, regulatory, and privacy activities with laws, contracts, and internal policies.

You will partner with Information Security, IT, Legal, HR, Compliance, and external partners to mature governance practices and accountability across DAI companies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in GRC, privacy, information security, audit, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading governance, compliance, privacy, audit, or risk programs within complex organizations.
• Experience supporting internal and external audits and regulatory initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the governance, risk, compliance, and privacy program across the organization.
• Oversee risk identification, assessment, remediation tracking, and reporting to executives.
• Coordinate regulatory, contractual, and industry compliance activities and audits.
• Lead privacy program activities including PIAs, DPIAs, and data subject rights support.
• Drive governance reviews, cross-functional initiatives, and remediation of gaps.
• Develop and report KPIs for program maturity and control effectiveness.
• Integrate security, privacy, and compliance into business and technology processes.
• Lead security/privacy awareness programs and guidance for the organization.
• Support incident response, continuity, and resilience governance activities.
• Monitor evolving requirements and adapt policies and controls accordingly.
