Job summary

INTECON is hiring a GRC and Dashboard Specialist to support the Army National Guard (ARNG) G8 RMIC program on-site in Arlington, Virginia. The role centers on configuring the eGRC platform for risk assessments, control testing, monitoring, and reporting, plus collecting and visualizing metrics for senior leadership.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 8+ years configuring governance, risk, and compliance platforms, with strong analytics and dashboard experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, data analytics, computer science, or a related field.
• Eight or more years configuring enterprise governance, risk, and compliance platforms and developing analytics and dashboards.
• Experience configuring workflow for risk assessment, control testing, monitoring, and reporting, and administering user access levels.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with DoD data governance standards.
• On-site work at Arlington, VA 0800–1700 EST, Mon–Fri.
• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop an automation process schedule for RMIC using eGRC.
• Configure workflow for risk assessments, testing, monitoring, and reporting.
• Create SOPs for the automated RMIC environment and manage user access levels.
• Conduct annual training on the configured eGRC environment for stakeholders.
• Perform data analytics by collecting, analyzing, and visualizing metrics from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards for ARNG leadership.
• Ensure data handling complies with DoD governance standards.
• Provide monthly updates on automation and dashboard progress to COR.
• Support Government-furnished automation environments and tools.
