Job summary

RadiantHire Solutions, Inc. is seeking a GRC and Dashboard Specialist to support the Army National Guard G8 RMIC on-site at Arlington Hall Station in Arlington, Virginia.

The role focuses on configuring enterprise governance, risk, and compliance workflows, developing automated dashboards, and delivering analytics to ARNG leadership. Duties include creating SOPs, training stakeholders, maintaining access controls, and producing monthly status reports.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET security clearance.
• Eight+ years configuring governance, risk, and compliance platforms and developing executive analytics and dashboards.
• Experience configuring risk assessment, control testing, monitoring, and reporting; administering user access levels.
• Ability to work on-site at Arlington Hall Station, VA during 0800–1700 EST, Mon–Fri.

Responsibilities

• Develop an automation process schedule for RMIC processes adaptable to the eGRC platform.
• Configure workflow for risk assessments, internal control testing, monitoring, and reporting.
• Develop SOPs for automated RMIC environment and manage user access levels.
• Conduct annual training on the configured eGRC environment for stakeholders.
• Perform data analytics to identify trends, anomalies, and KPIs.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards for ARNG leadership.
• Ensure data handling adheres to DoD data governance standards.
• Provide monthly progress updates to the COR via Monthly Status Report.
• Support Government-furnished automation environments including dashboards and workflow tools.
