Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Art, Graphic Design or related field or 9 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• 7+ years of relevant experience for candidates with an associates degree or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members and assign daily work; review print and digital materials for proposals, presentations, and internal communications.
• Lead the design and preparation of templates and graphics for complex proposals and presentations.
• Manage complex projects requiring specialized design knowledge, leading creative direction for print and digital materials.
• Coordinate with pursuit teams to determine requirements and schedules, prioritizing workload.
• Oversee vendors and outside studios; ensure alignment with policies and quality standards.
• Provide input on recruitment, staffing plans, and performance reviews; mentor team members.
