As a Sr. Graphic Designer, Team Lead within the Southeast Division Marketing Department, you will provide day-to-day leadership for a growing team of graphic designers supporting major transportation pursuits, client presentations, strategic initiatives, and marketing communications across Alabama, Florida, Georgia, and Tennessee. This role serves as the people leader for the Southeast Division Graphics Team and partners closely with the primary people leader, Marketing Design Manager to ensure high-quality creative execution, consistent design standards, effective workload management, and professional development of team members. The Team Lead will also play a critical role in creating digital and print assets for proposals, presentations, and PR and internal communications in a collaborative creative culture that aligns with HNTB's commitment to excellence and 4for4 performance.
