Job summary

HNTB Corporation is seeking a Sr. Graphic Designer, Team Lead in the Southeast Division Marketing Department. You will provide day-to-day leadership for a growing team of graphic designers supporting major transportation pursuits, client presentations, strategic initiatives, and marketing communications across AL, FL, GA, TN.

You will mentor staff and ensure high-quality creative execution. You will lead template development, support complex proposals, and collaborate with pursuit teams to plan

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Art, Graphic Design or related field and 7 years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of education 9 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads team members and assigns daily tasks.
• Creates and reviews print and digital materials for proposals, presentations and internal communications.
• Leads design and preparation of templates and graphics for complex proposals and presentations.
• Handles strategic direction and design for print and digital materials for proposals and marketing efforts.
• Coordinates with pursuit teams to determine requirements and priorities.
• Manages external vendors and photographers as needed.
• Participates in staff recruitment, development, and performance planning and mentoring.
