Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a graphic designer with 5+ years of experience for a full-time opportunity with a CPG organization in Florida. This role is 100% remote EST, and you will join a results-oriented, dedicated team.

You will translate promotional objectives into compelling design, develop retail collateral, and produce brochures, event materials, and branded assets while maintaining brand standards across campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud; familiarity with Figma.
• Experience designing promotional materials for retail or CP G environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate promotional objectives into thoughtful, effective design solutions that balance brand standards with retail execution.
• Develop promotional creative for events, retail programs, and marketing campaigns with strong visual hierarchy.
• Produce deliverables such as brochures, event collateral, promotional one-sheets, and branded assets.
• Review and refine creative work to ensure it is visually strong and fit-for-purpose in retail.
