Trulieve in the United States is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to support our Recreational Markets with digital marketing campaigns that drive results.

This role collaborates with Creative, Marketing, and Brand teams to deliver high-volume, on-brand assets across email, web, social, and paid media while adhering to brand standards.

Remote, EST preferred, reporting to Associate Creative Director; 5+ years required; compensation commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience in digital retail marketing.
• Proven experience designing high-volume promotional and campaign creative.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing across email, web, social, paid media, and e-commerce.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize deadlines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; collaborate across departments.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, AEM, and Figma.
• Experience with motion graphics is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Design and execute digital-first creative for promotional campaigns and product launches.
• Develop assets across email, web, paid media, social media, digital advertising, and CRM.
• Support omni-channel campaigns maintaining brand consistency while driving engagement and revenue.
• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Brand teams to translate objectives into creative solutions.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with attention to detail.
• Ensure assets meet brand standards, production specs, and quality expectations.
• Contribute to improvements of creative workflows, efficiencies, and design systems.
