Phusion Projects is seeking a freelance Graphic Designer to create on-brand visual assets for retail programs, including POS, display materials, and sales decks. The role requires print/retail design production knowledge and strong execution under tight deadlines.

The contractor will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and outside vendors; must have 3–5 years’ experience, a graphic design degree, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite to deliver print-ready files on schedule.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of graphic design experience in CPG/beverage or related trade/shopper marketing.
• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field, preferred.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with 3D mockup/rendering tools a plus; familiarity with video editing is a plus
• Knowledge of print production processes, file prep, and packaging/dieline requirements.
• Own computer equipment and licensed design software (Adobe Creative Suite) to complete work independently.
• Availability to be present for on-site work and meetings every Tuesday and Wednesday.

Responsabilités

• Develop shopper marketing kits and program toolkits translating national brand campaigns into retail-ready executions.
• Partner with Trade Marketing to understand objectives, retailer specs, and timelines, and translate them into visual assets.
• Design POS and display materials for wholesalers and retailers.
• Maintain and apply brand guidelines across all trade materials; flag inconsistencies.
• Manage relationships with print vendors; review proofs and ensure print-ready files meet spec.
• Create sell sheets, one-pagers, and sales decks to support pitches.
• Organize and maintain a library of trade asset templates and brand assets.
• Support packaging/merchandising projects with mockups, renders, and layouts.
