Trulieve is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Florida marketing team. You will craft digital-first creatives for promotions, product launches, and sustained retail campaigns across email, web, social, and paid media.

You will partner with Creative, Marketing, and Brand teams to translate business objectives into compelling visuals that elevate brand standards, ensure consistency, and drive engagement in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience with strong digital marketing for retail.
• Proven ability to design high-volume promotional assets under tight deadlines.
• Expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma; experience with AEM is a plus.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating omni-channel campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop omni-channel campaigns that maintain brand consistency.
