Job summary

SplitMetrics is expanding its design team and seeks a Graphic Designer to join our Growth Services group. You will directly shape the visual presence of apps and games across global app stores while collaborating with international clients in a fast-paced agency setting.

You’ll own Figma workflows, craft high-converting assets, and develop scalable design systems to drive downloads and performance, with mentorship and strong cross-functional collaboration across UA and ASO teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of visual/graphic design experience in agency or fast-growing teams.
• Strong typography, composition, color theory, and layout skills.
• Experience creating store graphics and marketing assets.
• Proficient in Figma with components, auto-layouts, and variants.
• Proficiency in Adobe creative suite for edits, retouching and visuals.
• Marketing mindset with understanding of conversion and visual hierarchy.
• Self-organized, proactive, and collaborative with peers.
• English proficiency at least B1+ for international collaboration.
• Experience with AI design tools for moodboards and asset generation.

Responsibilities

• Craft high-converting assets and store visual architectures for iOS and Android.
• Build high-performance ad creatives across Meta, TikTok, and more.
• Translate strategy into visual systems with ASO and UA teams.
• Elevate design quality, share best practices, and mentor juniors.
• Maintain clean design systems and component libraries in Figma.
