Job summary

Rythm Health is seeking a Senior Ad Graphic Designer to own the visual side of our paid growth engine. You will design static ad creative and landing pages, working closely with growth and marketing to turn briefs into assets that perform.

This hands-on, high-output role partners with a growth team to test concepts weekly and shape design systems across campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Instagram, and more.

Qualifications

• Experience designing for health, wellness, or DTC subscription brands.
• ,
• Basic motion or video editing skills for ad creative.
• Experience collaborating with growth or performance marketing teams.
• Strong Figma skills including auto layout and scalable design systems.
• Solid foundation in UI/UX principles.
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Portfolio showing static ad creative and/or landing page design in performance marketing context.
• Ability to read and interpret briefs and campaign copy.

Responsibilities

• Design static ad creatives for paid social and display campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Instagram).
• Build and iterate on website landing pages supporting paid campaigns.
• Translate performance data and learnings into new creative directions.
• Work from briefs and brand guidelines to produce on-brand assets quickly.
• Partner with growth marketing to understand what's working and test new concepts.
• Maintain and evolve design systems and templates for speed and quality.
