JOB SUMMARY:

We have an exciting role of Graphic Design (Digital) to drive and translate creative and contemporary ideas to solid design and impact. You will have a key role in design and deployment of creative campaigns with our global clients, including many Fortune 50 companies.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Strong Figma Experience Skills - auto layout, components and variants, variables and styles, organized files others can work in
• UIUX designs - using Figma to create microsites, multi-page sites, and social content
• UI fundamentals: grids, type hierarchy, spacing, and designing for all states (empty, loading, error, disabled)
• Responsive design across mobile, tablet, and desktop
• Email design, including its limits: inconsistent rendering across email clients (especially Outlook), limited font and CSS support, images that may be blocked by default, and dark mode changes
• Clickable prototypes in Figma, including basic interactions and transitions
• Accessibility basics: color contrast, type sizes, focus states, touch targets, designing to WCAG AA
• Clean developer handoff: named layers, specs, exported assets, and availability for dev questions
• Working knowledge of how websites are built and what is realistic to develop
• Comfortable presenting digital work and explaining design decisions to teammates and clients, including those less familiar with digital
• Social Media Design - knowledge of platform requirements
• Simple motion graphics for digital channels, such as animated social posts, banners, and short promo clips
• Knowledge of social media platform specs: aspect ratios, safe zones, and text limits across major platforms
• Designing static social content: single posts, carousels, stories, and paid social ads
• Designing for small screens and fast scrolling: legible type, clear hierarchy, and clear messages
• Animation - Basic skills to be able to edit existing videos
• UI animation and micro interactions (Figma Smart Animate, After Effects, or similar)
• Lottie or other web-ready animation formats
• Photo Content Management - Tagging, processing, and Managing photo assets
