Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking a talented Graphic Designer (Generalist) for a contract role in Clearwater, FL. The candidate will handle diverse design projects across digital and print, using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and must bring a strong portfolio and 5+ years of experience.

Expertise in typography, print layout, and brand adherence is essential, with experience in Beauty/Retail/E-commerce preferred. Collaboration with marketing, digital, and printers is key to on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Portfolio link required on resume.
• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience in an agency, in-house team, or fast-paced environment.
• Expert proficiency in Figma for digital asset creation and mastering Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience in Beauty/Retail/POS or E-Commerce is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Versatile design execution across digital content, marketing collateral, packaging graphics, POS displays, and in-store signage.
• Create, optimize, and share digital assets using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure visual content adheres to brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Perform advanced image retouching, photo manipulation, vector illustration, and print-ready layout design.
• Collaborate with marketing, digital, product teams, vendors, and printers to ensure on-time delivery.
