Compensation Range: $35 - 40 per hour. We are seeking a talented, versatile, and highly proficient Graphic Designer (Generalist) with 5+ years of professional experience to join a dynamic, industry-leading design department.

If you possess a distinctively modern design aesthetic, thrive across both print and digital mediums, and bring strong software expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, this is an exciting opportunity to produce fresh, high-impact visuals for globally recognized brands. Experience in the beauty (especially haircare), retail, or e-commerce sectors is highly valued! Responsibilities

• Versatile Design Execution: Independently manage and execute diverse graphic design projects across various channels, including digital content (website banners, social media assets, email marketing), marketing collateral, packaging graphics, retail point-of-sale (POS) displays, and in-store signage.
• Digital & Collaborative Asset Creation: Utilize Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to create, optimize, and share digital assets collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Brand Adherence & Visual Integrity: Serve as a brand guardian, ensuring all visual content aligns seamlessly with established brand guidelines, aesthetics, and strategic campaign objectives.
• Technical Design & Layout: Perform advanced image retouching, photo manipulation, vector graphic creation, custom illustrations, and print-ready layout design.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal marketing, digital, and product teams, as well as external vendors and printers, to ensure smooth project execution and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Portfolio: A robust, modern portfolio showcasing exceptional typography, digital asset creation, print layout, and visual storytelling (Portfolio link required on resume).
• Experience: 5+ years of professional graphic design experience in an agency, in-house creative team, or fast-paced design environment.
• Software Mastery:
• Expert Proficiency in Figma for digital asset creation and collaborative workflows.
• Expert Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
• Industry Background (Highly Preferred): Prior design experience in Beauty (specifically Haircare), Retail/POS, or E-Commerce.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or a related field.
• Execution & Detail: Exceptional eye for detail, deep knowledge of print production processes, digital best practices, color theory, and layout composition.
